Lucrezia Hu
Lucrezia Hu is an ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect and incoming PhD researcher at the Department of Architecture and Built Environment, LTH, Lund University. Her research, Heritage-based Urban Development, reframes heritage not as a constraint but as a creative resource for urban futures, exploring how historical environments can be translated into climate-responsive urban forms.
Trained at the University of Edinburgh and the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, Lucrezia brings a practice-based sensibility shaped by work across London and China. She is co-founder of Outer Studio, an architectural and exhibition design practice operating between Beijing and Shanghai, whose work spans cultural heritage, adaptive reuse, and spatial storytelling. Her projects, from museum installations to urban cultural parks, share a consistent preoccupation with how space carries memory, identity, and transformation.
Her graduate work was nominated for the RIAS Urban Planning Award.
Ana Gilmet
Ana Gilmet (1996) is a Uruguayan-Swedish architect, urban designer and columnist. She holds a master degree in architecture from Lund University with exchange studies at Politecnico di Milano.
She has practiced architecture in Paris and Milan carrying out projects in various scales and design phases. Moreover, she has worked as teaching assistant for Professor Cino Zucchi at Politecnico di Milano.
Her practice engages with questions regarding the right to the city, the issue of demolitions and norm-critical design. Gilmet has also been chairman of FemArk (Feminist Architecture Students) and is active in ACAN (Architects Climate Action Network). Most recently, she represented the European Citizens’ Initiative (ECI) House Europe! Power to Renovation in Sweden.
